Can't answer the specific question with any accuracy or certaintly but I
must say that from my understanding, dialysis and transplants are 2
problem areas (because of cost and/or scarcity of resource) so I suspect
your OHs medical will be looked at very closely... and the outcome MAY
not be what you want.
I'm afraid the rest of your family's situation will be irrelevent.
If someone doesn't meet the medical criteria then their application will
be denied - along with everyone else included on that application.
Having young children who may eventually be earning money and
contributing to the Australian economy will not help your OH's situation
- he either meets the medical criteria or not!
