Hi all
I have been living in sunny QLD for nearly two years now on my temp
spouse visa.Great country and loving it.You guys helped me before I left
the UK.Thank you Pollyanna and friends .I have recently received the
forms to complete the PR application and have a few questions if I may
1.Bearing in mind that I have not travelled anywhere since arriving in
Oz on my spouse visa, do I need to have a medical done?-not too clear
to me on the forms, but maybe I am a little slow
2.On form 1221, do I fill out section I (migration visa)?I have been a
little thrown by the "where do you intend to live" and "do you intend
to work in australia" questions.Being paranoid I know but those
questions seem odd for someone who is already here and working;any
advice appreciated.
2.Do I need to be outside Aussie when my PR is granted, since I received
it in the UK before flying to OZ to activate it?
3.Am I applying for a subclass 100 visa now?
