Hi there
Unfortunately when applying for any Skilled visa a skills assessment i
deemed essential to make a valid application. Essential documents t
apply to DIMIA are referred to as schedule 1 documents. Document
allowed to be sent in following the initial application are referred t
as schedule 2.
You may get away with it depending on the individual case officer, bu
you may also lose your application fee and have the applicatio
returned to you unassessed.
You might also find that your skills assessment may arrive back in tim
considering you are on the MODL. You should have all your document
ready and waiting to be submitted. I also suggest that you use
bankers draft for payment as if there are any problems with your credi
card, the application will not be considered ‘lodged’ until th
payment is made.
Good luck!!
