I'm a bit confused here, if parent apply for Temporary Aged Contributory
Parent Visa, parent has to pay for 1st VAC of $1935 upon application.
Then 2nd VAC of $16,170 upon request of Dimia.

Now, when converting to permanent, payment of AoS $10,000 is required.
How much would parent pay for additional visa charges?
