Subject: Travelling one way whilst waiting for a 457 visa. Posted on: Mon, 08 May 2006 12:12:49 +0000


We are waiting for our 457 visa to come through (lodged on 6th April).
However we have flights booked for 14th June (on advice of sponsoring
company). If the visa does not come through in time, does anyone know
whether we will have to book an onward flight to say New Zealand to
satisfy immigration or whether they will let us through on a one way
ticket?
