Subject: PNC Form - Proof of Identification Question Posted on: Date of Birth


I'm just about to send off my PNC (Police check) form and it states that
the poof of identity I have to send needs:

Full Name
Current Address
Date of Birth

Then says it can be a utility bill. I was going to send my electricity
bill, however it doesn't have my fullname, nor my birthdate on it (whose
does??) has anyone here used a utility bill when sending off a met
police check? Am I going to have to go to the local cop shop with my
passport and my utility bill in hand?
