When we emailed the main email address there was no reply
When we emailed with a direct question to our case officer the CO
replied within 10 minutes,
When we emailed asking if there was anything else we could supply to
help things along there was no reply
When we emailed saying this again and saying it had been 8 wks since all
the docs were submitted there was no reply that day......but they
emailed the grant letter the following day!
