Are the changes in July to the "Skilled designated area sponsored visa
subclass 139" good or bad?

What are the changes ? Are there any financial knock on effects? Things
like grants that where available that are not now????

I could try and get my application in before July but we want to wait
till Jan next year to give us more time to save some money.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
