Could anyone clarify what and when (if) you get one.
Obviously - pre grant letter, explains itself, but my question is - do
they give one say for example in our case we will be waiting for 1 piece
of paper (police check for none migratory child) and everything else is
ok on the file?
Or is it issued only when you are granted a visa as a bit of a bridging
piece of paper?
Is it a glimmer of hope when most other stuff is finalised, and as long
as the last bit of paper is ok then you know you are getting a visa
