It doesn't matter, you can validate your visa in Adelaide and then move
to Sydney(Penrith) just like me.I was granted STNI for Victoria (2.5
years) back and after living in Melbourne for 1 year, I found
Melbourne's job market extremely bad.
So for survival, I have to move to Sydney near to family and
friends.After 2 years,I applied for citizenship from DIMA-Sydney office
and my application for
citizenship was approved without any remarks or questions over this
matter. So feel free to move anywhere you like just after validation.
