Hi Stella and Mike,

Nope, no one knows whats happening with the bonus points for English.

Definitely not second half 06 as the July amendments came out without
anything on it. Could be end 06, early 07, mid 07... who knows...

Only DIMA and they are not saying anything yet.

Sorry. Best not to get your hopes on it for now.
