Subject: How to inform of change of circumstance? Posted on: Tue, 18 Jul 2006 11:22:20 +0000

Hi!

My husband and I sent our application about four months ago, immediately
after getting married.
We didn't have time to change my last name to match his so we filled out
the forms with my old last name.
A short while ago I changed my last name and issued a new passport and
would now like to inform Dima of the change.
My question is if it is enough to sent them a certified copy of my new
passport with an attached letter explaining the cause for the change.

I really don't like Dima's forms for change of circumstance and would
like to avoid using them.

So what do you think, is it enough?

Thanks ;)
