Hi Ping,
Sorry, can't give you much hope, except to say that as your application
has been pooled, if you're lucky you'll be able to get STNI approval
through one of the states looking for IT skills, and get out of the pool
that way. It's too late to score extra points for English, that would
require an entirely new application.
