Thanks for your reply (in fact thanks for reading the post in the first
place & not giving up half way through!)





Unfortunately as the employer would be QLD health, part of QLD gov, as I
understand it they wont sponsor under RSMS in the first instance





Unfortunately we are 5 points short without a job offer





Yes we would preferer a PR visa before we go, but as a nurse, working
for QLD health, I dont see an obvious way of getting one!
