You can front load your medicals and pcc's - there are loads of threads
on this subject on the pro's and con's of doing so - each individual
circumstance is different

All forms can be downloaded from the immi.gov website - together with a
list of nominated immigration GP's for your local area.

There are lots of threads on these various GP's as well, with
recommendations and prices etc.,

Look under the search engine on this site.
