I know how hard it must have been as I myself went thru something
similar getting
my mother included in my own application..
Can you tell us who your agent was, and also how long the whole process
took.
Also, it would really help people if you can provide more details of
your case - why was it so difficult etc - while guarding your privacy
of course...
