Hi, im currently holding an australian resident visa and i am planning
to open a business in Sdyney. I wanted to give my mom a share in the
corporation tha we'll open in Sydney. She's not a resident of Australia.
Will there be a problem? If she becomes a part owner of a company based
in Australia, will this help her become permanent resident too? My mom
is 56 years old. And as someone who technically have a business in
australia, how long can she stay there in Sydney? Any info will be
appreciated. Thank you.
