Yes, we are PR holders.

To give context to my question, I had a bout with some mild form of TB
decades ago.
This was all made clear to DIMIA when we were applying for our own
visas, and a health undertaking was given.

Ok, so 'included in this application' does not include the sponsor
(it's the 'include' that tripped me up, because my name is indeed in
the form, though as a sponsor).
