Different pay levels are not normally a problem, however if you are not
paid the normal rate for a skilled job in your location DIMA will look
closely at whether you are really working in a skilled occupation. As
opposed to a related semi-skilled or clerical occupation.

Unpaid work never counts as "skilled" for general skilled
migration purposes.
