Hi Loz, I'm sure ours took about 2 weeks to get cc debited and
acknowledgement back (April applicant). I believe you can track your
international signed for documents once they reach Oz but I can't
remember exactly how....have you tried looking at auspost? I know there
was a BE member recently who tracked theres all the way to ASPC and I
think they contacted auspost but not 100% sure.
The other thing is that I have noticed that the acknowledgements
have been taking longer these last few months...some people waiting
4-6 weeks.
Hope this helps and that you hear soon, at least you with then feel
reassured then that someone has actually looked at your application and
that it has arrived safely.
