Hi all

We are in the process of applying for a 457.
I have sent all the docs required, including a court order for
permission to take my son.
I have had an email this morning from the c/o requesting a signed stat
dec from my ex husband.
Question is.....why do I need this when I went through a costly, lenghty
and emotional court battle because he wouldn't give permission??


Any help appreciated.
