Hi all,
I have just had the most confusing telephone conversation with an agent
and am hoping that someone out there can help.
We are looking into applying for a state sponsorship to Victoria (OH is
an IT Manager) but the agent has said that we cannot go down this route
without a job offer.

I have checked the Victoria website and can't find anything about
getting a job offer.
Has anyone else managed to get sponsorship without one?

(I am beginning to think the agent maybe a cowboy as he also said that
the only way to get into Australia if you don't have the full 120 points
is to get a job offer!)
