Yes I have and yes they did. I have represented clients with Hep B.,
diabetes, quadruple bypasses, and so on, and so on, and I have 100%
success rate in finalised PR, family and partner visa applications.

From what you have posted, I assess that if you proceed as I advised,
you do not need further professional advice about the medical issue. I
could be wrong; there is a first time for everything.
