They'll just ask you for it.
The only reason they'd return your application is if it's not a valid
application and that's checked when they receive it.
I'll try to find the list for what they call a valid application :)
PS I just sent the biodated page and not the stamped ones, but then I
only had one stamp and it was put in after the application was
acknowledged.
