Somebody help me for god sake. Posted on: Tue, 12 Sep 2006 01:49:51 -0500

Dear Friends I need a clear response. if anyone knows the answer to thi
question I would be very thankfull.

1. I am 24 years old.
2. Our visa (subclass BN 136) was granted 07 July 2005 to all th
Family members.
3. We are a family of Five.
4. My father is the main applicant and I am totally dependent on him.
5. We made our initial entry to Australia, our visa was stamped, staye
there for two weeks and then returned to our home country.
As far as I know we have a five year period from the date of grant o
visa to stay for two years and get our citizenship. Now here is th
important question.

Currently because of some reasons I cannot go to Australia. *Will I b
granted citizenship if only my father goes to Australia and stays ther
for two years while I am in my home country and finishing my studies* o
Do I have to be with him living in Australia. Remember I am hi
dependant and he pays for all my expenses. even if he moves t
australia he will send me some money every while.

I would be very thnakful if you give me a clear response as I am t
make a critical decisssion.

Thank you very much all.
Sa
