Applying for a defacto visa and have been hearing about front loading.

We are applying ourselves and are not using a agent so we won't have a
case number is it still possible to front load medicals.

I have been reading a couple of the threads in here but am getting a bit
confused on the subject.

Can anyone help explain it!
