Subject: Spouse Visa Posted on: Wed, 04 Oct 2006 05:41:44 +0000

We are the holders of a Prospective Marriage Visa which expires on 3rd
Jan 2007. We are not getting married until 17th November 2006 (I'm
English marrying and Australian). Which then gives us 6 weeks to be
granted the secondary visa for temporary residency.

My question is this - Would it be a good idea to send everything we have
now with the exclusion of the Marriage Certificate which we won't get
till about 8th December?

We have more evidence of our relationship (eg all our Wedding Booking
receipts etc) and 2 more stat decs the Certificate will be the only
thing missing.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
