Hello,

We were asked to send all my payslips and another letter of reference
from employer stating number of hours I worked per week.

We sent them from the UK on the 9th sept and we Emailed our case officer
to ask if they had received them and she said there was a delay in the
mail centre.

We have an Email back this AM to say they have now been attached to the
file, they said you could scan and email copies as long it was a colour
scanner, to avoid delays in the mail centre.

Hope this helps and you have access to colour scanner!!!!!

Good Luck
Simone
