Subject: Non-migrating children Posted on: Thu, 12 Oct 2006 17:50:11 +0000

Does anyone know if DIMA require any evidence for children who are not
migrating? I know you need permission from the ex for them agreeing for
you to take them out of the country, but what if they are not emigrating
and still live with the ex? I realise they still need to do medicals but
is anything else required. Form 47SK just asks for details of the
children who are not included in the application but don't ask any
details about existing arrangements. Any comments?

Cheers
