Send them original - they request original, but make a copy for your
records.

Anyway, you won't need that letter anymore, and its validity is 2 years.

Chance of granting visa for a half of year is pretty unreal, in my opinion.

I've applied in mid-february and I sent meds and pcc two weeks ago - 7
months for them to contact me after application acknowledgment.
