I do agree with what someone here said about AIM being difficult. They
must be the assessing body with the strictest rules around!

They require you to be a senior-level manager with other managers
reporting to you, or manager of a company with at least 300 staff, OR
with the qualifications and experience.

A lot of people in your position will turn to agents for help. :)
