Assume you want to go through the Skilled independent scheme, since
you'd already been certified qualified by IEAust. And no one sponsoring
you (otherwise they'll point you to the right forms too) :)

Read all about eligibility of this visa (you have to attain 120 points
from various factors : You already have 60 for your occupation, age,
English language skills, is your occupation on the On-Demand list at the
moment, etc)

The best thing is to go to this checklist :

And click on the links as needed. You'll need to send in 2 forms : the
47sk and form 80.
