does a slight blip on the police check rule you out.
I was arrested last year for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Now the story is that someone stole my £600 dog a racing siberian
husky, I found out who had it and I went to their door to ask for it
back, now I DIDNT accuse them of stealing it I just said I understand
you may have found my dog. They wouldnt give me it back so I went to
walk away saying I would be back later with the cops. At this the bloke
attacked me followed by, his wife some other bloke in the house and his
female partner. What they didnt know was I was a martial arts instructor
and well used to fighting, so even when the first bloke tried to hit me
with a shovel he still came off worse. When I got home 10 mins later the
cops were on my doorstep and charged me, they had 4 witnesses that say I
assualted this bloke and 3 others, guess who the witnesses were, anyway
I went to the cop shop had the fingerprints etc done and gave my
statement. The cops are not stupid and saw what was happening so in turn
he was arrested as well, the cops got me my dog back and the matter was
dropped by the cps. I never went to court, never received a caution or
anything so I thought that was the end of it. Now this morning my pcc
check comes through the door with all the details of this assault charge
on it. It does say no court appearance, no plea taken and no
adjudication but will this stop my visa??????
Long story short question
