Thanks for everyones input and i think from what i have read that we
should be ok??? The living together time span seems to have been a bit
of a bone of contention, we have lived together as a de facto couple
since August 2002. We have a lease contract from our landlord to verify
dates, so i would assume that we would meet the 12 month living together
rule? Also have heaps of correspondence, official documents, bank
letters etc dating back to August 02 in both our names with address on.
The thread from JAJ has confused me somewhat, as from my understanding
of the first stage of the application we have lived together
continuously for over 4 years meeting their 12 month ruling.
