Hi Richie,

Every year thousands of people get PR here after two years of study
towards cooking qualifications - you do need 900 hours of work
experience, that's a TRA requirement, but you don't need 12 months work
experience (the minimum DIMA requirement) because of the concession for
recent graduation in Australia. Most colleges are finding ways for
students to obtain relevant work experience.
