YES! we applied early last August with Vetassess, we did not get our
positive skills assessment back until the end of December. This was
because they said our docs were not cerified properly by the solicitor
[he had stamped them, signed his name, addressed them, but had not
printed his name, even though his name was on letterhead'ed paper we
included with the assessment]. So we had to get the whole thing re-done.
This took quite a lot of time as we don't live in the UK where all the
docs were. As such, I doubt it will take as long for you to get it
finalised. Good luck!
