Hi there, I am Swedish my partner Aussie and we moved over on a
de-facto spouse visa in August 2006 (we lived in London and
applied from there). We had lived together for 12 months and 2
days when we applied and had proof such as lease, bills in both
names and joint bank account, as well as stat decs from friends,
post cards to both and pictures.
We got the visa approved in 4 weeks so I don't think you'll have
a problem!
Good luck :-)
