My wife is pregnant with our 2nd, due mid-March. We have submitted form
1022 so we expect a small delay until the babies medical can be done,
etc. So I have two questions:

1. Does the ASPC automatically place your application on hold if you
submit form 1022, or do you have to explicitly have to request an
extension. Our PCC's and medicals have just been requested.
2. When is the soonest after birth that the medical can be undertaken
for the baby? How much of a delay can we expect from this?
