Spouse from another country...Experts Plx advise

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have applied to 136 MODL Visa and i am hopefull tht i will get PR
visa.
My concern is regarding about whom i am going to marry.She belongs to
another country.
I have applied from another country and she belongs to another.
I am unaware about how to make application after marriage.
Can anybody advice?
