Subject: Communication with Case Officer Posted on: Sat, 16 Dec 2006 08:56:41 +0000

Dear Experts,
I was assigned Case Officer. In her standard letter she asks to choose
whether my spouse should pass IELTS exam on Functional Level or pay
English Education Charge .We decided to pay.In the same letter she gives
us 70 days to inform about our decision by noting" Do not e-mail
individual case officers as this will only delay processing of your
information. "My question is :
How I should inform her about my decision ?
May I e-mail her despite her warning?
Thank you.
