"The Bill has now been sent to the Senate. On 30 November 2006 the
Bill was read for a first and second time in the Senate and debate was
adjourned. Read the Senate Hansard for 30 November here. Parliament
resumes after the summer break on 6 February 2007. We hope that the
Senate will debate and adopt the Bill in that week."
