Hi Pearly,
Actually you should be using the web-based contact form and emailing
things to aspc.region.3@immi.gov.au - that's the format as of last week,
and I'd be interested to know if your CO is now able to receive or
respond to your direct emails; if an electronic mail registry and
sorting system is going to work then it needs to be universal.
