Hi guys. a quick question about citizenship.

I spent 2 years in oz on a 309 visa. after this 2 years my PR100 visa
was granted in july 2005. i left oz in november 05 and now want to
return. i want to go back to uni but realise i must be a citizen to
receive austudy. my question is, do the 2 years on the 309 count towards
the citizenship requirements and how long will i need to be back in oz
to qualify for citizenship? Also for anyone who might know, do i qualify
for any centrelink help when i return? i emailed centrelink and they
just responded with a load of links that didnt work.
