I am SO pleased to hear from you again because I was beginning to
wonder whether you and your family are OK.

determination have produced some policy changes within DIMA. and not
before time.
The idea that "Negotiation with DIMA is impossible" is trash in my
opinion. They are only civil servants and they possess ears.
Negotiation is therefore possible.
