Don't give up! It's your agent's fault I believe - it is there job to
make sure all the information is enclosed before it's sent. I know they
can't guarantee you'll pass but really they should've checked it a lot
more thoroughly.

Did you have references covering your apprenticeship? If so they should
have stated how many hours training a day/week you did and for how many
years. A detailed description from yourself about your apprenticeship
detailing what you learnt during that time and stating that you were
supervised by qualified tradesmen (if you were).

What trade are you?

Really sorry about the fail but you'll see on here there are a fair few
that failed first time and went on to pass so don't lose heart :)
