Hi - I posted this in teh Lifestyle and Culture forum but have just
realised that I put it in the wrong place!!
I was looking for a bit of help with some things on the spouse visa
application form.
It asks you to put details of all your children - I have three and asks
you if they are migrating with you. Of course, they are coming with me
and my husband but as my husband is an Aussie I was planning to get them
Aus passports before we leave the UK. So do I need to say yes they are
migrating with me and give details of their aus or their uk passports or
just say no? Hmmm, its confusing!
My other query was that it says you have to send off a certified copy of
your passport - but surely you have to send your actual passport so they
can put a visa in it - or am I just missing something???
If anyone can help I will be really grateful = many thanks.
