My 2 years is up on the 31st of January and I only recieved my
paperwork on friday! I shouldnt worry yet, I called them also when I
was waiting as I thought my papers may also be lost, but they are just
slowed down because of the Christmas period I was told. They advised me
to get my police checks sorted and start collecting up things to send
in so I was ready when the paperwork did arrive. The paperwork states
you have 2 months from the date of the letter to send everything back.
Hope that helps!
