Because you have asked and been answered. "I don't think it makes any
difference at all ! Am still waiting for my CO. I guess because we
applied as non-MODL therefore our application will be treated as non-
MODL hence no priority given " When you are allocated a case officer,
they will let you know whether or not your file has been updated to
include points for your skill being on the MODL.
