I did the 457 application online and although the form was in a slightly
different format, the documents required were the same. The only thing
I found was that I was limited to the amount of attachments I was
allowed to send. What I did was attached the most important and when I
had the CO details, sent them direct.

Not sure what you mean about the medical results tho as we had full
medicals and the results were sent straight to Australia. We didn't get
the results. All we had to do was provide the doctor with the
application number and he did the rest.
