Hi guys,
I'm about to finish our application for 136 visa and have got few
questions regarding 47sk form.
1. I understand that PartQ involves questions regarding fees payment so
it requires my signatures as card holder, but what about the PartR
declaration, does that apply on us as I think its only relevant for SIR
Visa Applicants ? Do we need to sign that part as well (for questions
123 and 124).
2. As per my understanding Q:125 applies on all candidates, correct ?
3. again, do we need sign Q:127 ?
4. what about Q:128 ?
What I've understood is that Q:128 is the only place where my wife (as
Spouse) needs to sign, can anyone plz confirm it ?
